Terms and Conditions.

1. Deposit

All appointments will require a £20 deposit to be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer.

Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid and a receipt sent.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit unless previously agreed by us.

2. Condition of the oven

Please ensure you have taken the time to take a look at a couple of things before booking.

Please check the fan is spinning freely when the oven is turned on.

Please check the fan cover is in place securely.

Please check for any signs of rusting or holes in the oven.

If you see any issues please let us know when booking so we can assess the financial viability of the clean.

If we are unable to clean the oven due to excessive damage, the deposit will be lost to cover our travel time and cost.

3. Parking

Due to the nature of our work and the need to have access to the equipment in our vans, we do require that parking is available close to the premises.

If this is an issue please let us know as we may be able to resolve this.

We have had to bring this in to play due to the many lost appointments, time and costs incurred by us.
